What are we looking for?
-
A responsible, charming, funny, kind, and organised human
-
Availability for 7:00am starts, with just one weekend shift per week
-
Skills in juggling a sizzling grill while poaching a perfect egg, with consistent, appealing plating
-
A Team Work ethos, and continuous improvement mindset
-
Ability to manage prep and stock rotation, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen space
- Comfy with customer chit-chat and cash handling - the role requires customer service and till operation
- Minimum 6 months commitment, with longer term preferred

We will need you to hit the ground running with a few training shifts to get you up to speed with our systems and recipes, and of course time on the floor getting to know our lovely regulars and how we run the ship – experience in a cafe environment, customer service, and cash handling will all be beneficial. The ability to multitask and a ‘let’s rock this’ attitude are essential.
