☀️ Solid Kitchen Service Skills and Experience — including independently preparing, assembling and plating simple café dishes during service.
☀️ Organisational Skills — coordinating multiple dishes at a time for dine-in and take away, and fitting in food prep, baking, and catering as we go.

We are open 7 days a week. Kitchen Shifts commence at 6:30am Monday to Friday, and 7:30am on weekends, and we tend to knock off in time for the arvo school run.
