If you love the buzz of a busy floor and the buzz of good coffee just as much, this one's for you.

At Hello Duck, front of house is the heartbeat of the guest experience. You'll be greeting and seating, running table service, taking orders and working our POS with confidence, and — if coffee's your thing —enjoying some of the yummiest on the market.

 

You'll keep the floor looking as good as the food tastes: tables reset properly, the space tidy, the vibe warm. And you'll be reading the room — knowing when a table wants a chat and when they just want their coffee.

We want you fully present with our guests,  and we want your initiative — noticing what needs doing before you're asked, backing up your teammates when it's slamming, and genuinely caring whether the person at table 4 leaves happy.

​

No nights, no splits, and when you clock off, you're actually off. No late finishes, no venue calls on your days off, no carrying the shift home with you.
