☀️ Espresso extraction and milk texturing knowledge and experience, latte art will be highly regarded!
☀️ Experience with Table Service and ability to carry three plates will be highly regarded!
KITCHEN ALL-ROUNDER WITH FOH SKILLS

☀️ Solid Kitchen Service Skills — including preparing, assembling and plating simple café dishes during service.
☀️ Organisational Skills — coordinating multiple dishes at once for dine-in and take away, and fitting in food prep, baking, and catering as we go.
