What are we looking for?
❤️A responsible, respectful, charming, funny, kind, organised, and generally gorgeous human
❤️Availability for 6:30am starts, with just one weekend shift per week
❤️Skills in juggling a sizzling grill while poaching a perfect egg, with consistent, appealing plating
❤️A Team Work ethos, and continuous improvement mindset
❤️Ability to manage prep and stock rotation, and maintain a clean and tidy kitchen space
❤️Long term plans to hang and grow with us
